Briefing 11 - African Ministers call for stronger health research for the region; with focus on country priorities

The Algiers Ministerial Conference on Research for Health in the African Region is part of the regional preparatory process for the Bamako Global Ministerial Forum on Research for Health, to be held in November 2008. Other preparatory meetings in the Bamako process were held in Tehran (November 2007), Bangkok (2008) and Copenhagen (April 2008).
